- Market analyses (Customers and competitors), definition of possible customers and off shoring potential
- Generating a three year business plan with break even and return on invest
- Adjustment of administrative processes with head quarter
- Supervising the activities of the Indian daughter company and the current Managing Director
- Active leading role in positioning the group with the whole product range at key customers (ASHOK LEYLAND, BAJAJ, BMW India, FIAT India, MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA, MARUTI, MERCEDES India, TATA, VW India) in the Indian market
- Establish and initiate processes for off shoring of design activities
- Build up of local capacity, ensure know how transfer to the staff and subsidiary
- Search for technology and project partners, develop collaboration models
- Training and hand over to the new Managing Director and International Operation Manager
Results
- Client is receiving RFQ’s from the Indian customers
- First projects have been assigned
- New Managing Director is executing the operational tasks on his own according to group procedures
- Financial results within the business plan
